Remote · $500 – $900 / month

Teach one-to-one and small-group Quran classes to students aged 4 to 60 across the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf.

Most classes run in the UK evening window, which suits teachers in Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan and similar time zones.

Responsibilities & requirements

What you'll do

  • Deliver structured Noorani Qaida, tajweed and hifz lessons following our lesson plans
  • Give each student a short written progress note after every class
  • Communicate with parents over WhatsApp about attendance and progress
  • Attend the weekly teacher circle for feedback and shared practice

What you'll need

  • Hafiz/e or Ijazah-certified (or equivalent sanad)
  • Fluent recitation with correct tajweed
  • Conversational English — you will teach Western students
  • Reliable internet, a headset and a quiet teaching space
  • Available for at least 4 hours in the UK evening window (16:00 – 22:00 UK time)

Female Quran Teacher (Sisters & Children)

Our sisters and youngest students study with female teachers — this is the most requested role we have, and the waitlist proves it.

Same class structure and pay band as the general teaching role.

Responsibilities & requirements

What you'll do

  • Teach Qaida, tajweed and hifz to sisters and children
  • Keep a gentle, patient classroom pace for young learners
  • Send parents a short progress note after each class

What you'll need

  • Hafiza or Ijazah-certified (or equivalent sanad)

  • Reliable internet, headset and quiet space

Curriculum Designer (Quran & Qaida)

Hybrid · $15 – $25 / hour

Build the lesson sequences our teachers follow: Qaida pacing, tajweed checkpoints, hifz revision cycles. You will work from teacher feedback and recorded lesson notes.

Responsibilities & requirements

What you'll do

  • Write lesson plans and worksheets for each Qaida and tajweed stage
  • Design hifz revision schedules that survive real family schedules
  • Review teacher feedback monthly and revise the sequence

What you'll need

  • Ijazah or a degree in Quranic studies / Islamic education
  • Portfolio or sample lesson plans required with your application
  • Experience teaching children is essential; curriculum experience is a plus

The first human contact a family has with Ayaat. You turn trial requests into confirmed demo classes over WhatsApp, and you are measured on confirmations, not on calls.

Responsibilities & requirements

What you'll do

  • Message every new trial request on WhatsApp within a few hours
  • Confirm the student details, agree a demo slot and book the tutor
  • Chase no-shows politely and rebook them
  • Flag recurring parent concerns to the teaching lead

What you'll need

  • Excellent written English and experience messaging customers professionally
  • Comfortable working UK evening hours (16:00 – 22:00 UK time)
  • Organised enough to run 20+ WhatsApp conversations a day without dropping one

Social Media Creator

Own our short-form presence: student recitation clips, teacher tips, Ramadan campaigns. You will be given raw lesson audio (with consent) and full creative control of the calendar.

Responsibilities & requirements

What you'll do

  • Plan and publish 3–5 short videos per week across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Turn student recitation milestones into shareable moments
  • Report which content actually brings trial requests

What you'll need

  • A portfolio of short-form video (yours or for a brand) — link it in the form
  • CapCut or Premiere proficiency
  • Sense for what earns attention without being undignified — this is a Quran academy

Admin & Scheduling Support

Remote · $250 – $400 / month

Keep the timetable, the inbox and the payment log clean. This role is the reason classes start on time.

Responsibilities & requirements

What you'll do

  • Maintain the weekly timetable and tutor assignments in the dashboard
  • Log and reconcile payment submissions against the accounts team confirmations
  • Send class reminders and handle reschedules

What you'll need

  • Fast, accurate data entry and spreadsheet fluency
  • Working overlap with UK hours, at least 3 hours a day
  • Discretion — you will see student and payment details
